A FARM-TO-CORK RESTAURANT
Cork Dork is a seasonally driven restaurant where global flavors meet serious wine and handcrafted cocktails. With a menu that changes daily, our kitchen showcases the best ingredients from local farms, ranchers, and purveyors. Inspired by cuisines from around the world, the dishes feel both familiar and refined — classics reimagined through technique, balance, and restraint.
SERIOUS WINE + CRAFT COCKTAILS
The wine program is the heart of Cork Dork. Home to the most dynamic wine list in the Conejo Valley, we specialize in hard-to-find Napa Valley producers and rare bottles available by the glass. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or simply exploring beyond the usual pour, our list is curated to be both sophisticated and welcoming.
Our cocktail program is equally intentional, highlighting housemade syrups, fresh ingredients, and spirits sourced from small-batch distilleries. Each drink is precise and layered — designed to complement the food rather than compete with it. Cork Dork isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a place for people who care about what’s in the glass, what’s on the plate, and hospitality that keeps you lingering for one more glass.
MEET THE DORKS
At the helm of Cork Dork are Sommelier & Co-Owner Dan Margolis and Chef & Co-Owner Danny Amirian — two industry veterans (and Westlake Village locals) whose combined expertise in fine dining has defined the restaurant’s identity. Dan curates rare allocations and one of the most ambitious by-the-glass selections in the region, while Danny leads a kitchen grounded in seasonal technique and exceptional ingredients sourced from the area’s best purveyors. Together, they have created a dining experience unlike anything else in the Conejo Valley.

His strength lies in curation: sourcing hard-to-find Napa producers, securing limited releases, and building a list that invites both collectors and curious newcomers to explore. At Cork Dork, Dan has created a wine experience that feels elevated without pretense — thoughtful, dynamic, and always driven by discovery.
